Our Preventative Maintenance Contracts are available for a variety of HVAC systems, including:
Package Heat Pumps, Split Heat Pumps, Mini Split Heat Pumps
Gas Packs, and Gas Furnaces with Air Conditioning.
Twice annually, one of our qualified technicians will conduct a thorough preventative maintenance service on your HVAC system to ensure it operates at peak efficiency.
Please note, this contract does not include diagnostic checks beyond 30 days following the service date.
For Preventative Maintenance Contract (PMC) holders, there’s a diagnostic fee of $65 for the first unit and $55 for each additional unit.
While the preventative maintenance service does not cover the cost of parts and labor, all PMC holders are eligible for a 15% discount on these expenses, in addition to receiving priority service.
The duration of the contract is 12 months, starting from the date of your initial preventative maintenance service and expiring a year from that date. The contract includes two preventative maintenance services. Payment is required prior to the commencement of your first annual PMC service.
Indoor & Outdoor Coils Inspection
Examination of both indoor and outdoor coils to ascertain their condition, with cleaning conducted as necessary to ensure optimal efficiency and airflow.
Operating Pressures Test
Assessment of the HVAC system’s operating pressures to ensure they are within the recommended range for peak performance.
Starting Capabilities Test
Verification of the system’s ability to start effectively and efficiently, ensuring reliability and reducing wear on components.
Blower Components Test
Examination and testing of blower components to maintain optimal air circulation and comfort levels within the space.
Safety Controls Check
Evaluation of all safety controls to ensure they are functioning correctly, protecting your system from potential damage.
Filters Check
Inspection of filters for cleanliness and efficiency, replacing or cleaning as needed to maintain air quality and system performance.
Condensate Drain Cleaning
Clearing of the condensate drain to prevent water damage and maintain indoor air quality.
Voltage and AMP Draws Test
Measurement of electrical components’ voltage and amperage draws to ensure they are operating within safe and efficient parameters.
Lubrication of Moving Parts
Application of lubrication to necessary moving parts to reduce friction, wear, and energy consumption.
Thermostat Check
Evaluation of the thermostat for accuracy and efficiency, ensuring it accurately reflects and controls the environment.
Air Flow Verification
Assessment of air flow throughout the system to ensure it is distributed evenly and efficiently.
Temperature Difference Measurement
Measurement of the temperature difference across the system to ensure it is cooling and heating effectively.
Expansion Valve Check

Conducting heat mode tests in the fall and cool mode tests in the spring to ensure the system is prepared for the upcoming season.
